Suction cans: Using a blue or streptomycin bottle or a similar vial, the bottom of the bottle is cut and polished, the cuts must be smooth, and the rubber plug at the bottle mouth must be kept intact for use when pumping. It is now made of transparent plastic with a piston placed above it for easy air extraction. This can also be easily broken.
Common suction method in cupping
Flash fire method: Use a tweezers to clamp a 95% alcohol cotton ball. After lighting, send the fire to a circle and take it out (be careful not to heat the jar to avoid skin burns). Quickly fasten the jar to the place where it should be removed. On the skin, it can be absorbed on the skin. This is the traditional and most commonly used method of cupping.
Pumping method: The suction tank is tightly clamped on the part to be cupped, and the syringe air is sucked out of the rubber stopper with a syringe, so that a negative pressure is generated, that is, it can be sucked, or a suction sleeve is put on the piston of the plastic cup tank. When the air is drawn out, it can be sucked. Keep intact and easy to apply when pumping.
How to control cupping time
The cupping time of various methods should be properly controlled depending on the thickness of the soft tissue in the department and the climatic conditions. Usually in the lumbar muscles and other places where muscle can be pulled 10-15 minutes; chest and abdominal muscles can be pulled 5-10 minutes more shallow; forehead, face, etc. can be pulled 3-5 minutes. In the hot summer months, the cupping time should be shortened. If it is too long, it will cause blisters easily. In cold winter, it can be slightly extended.
How to get cans
The cupping is usually done with the left hand and the thumb or index finger of the right hand is pressed next to the mouth of the tank so that air can enter the tank and the tank can be removed. If the tank is too strong, it must not be pulled hard to avoid scratching the skin.
