Bacterial control

Practice has proved that even if the conditions are good, experienced, and rigorous, it will inevitably lead to bacterial contamination in germs. Therefore, in the cultivation of bacteria and after-ripening culture, we must pay attention to the “check and miscellaneous” process, the purpose is to be in the base material. In the cultivation of high purity mycelium, lay a good foundation for mushroom.

Disease prevention and treatment

Any disease that may directly or indirectly cause harm to the fruiting body of the edible fungus, or produce some metabolites that are potentially harmful to the cultivation base or fruiting body, or is itself a productive pathogenic symptom of a certain pathogen, can be considered as a disease. In production, there are still some abnormal phenomena caused by improper human management, climatic reasons, or mechanical damage, which are called physiological diseases.

There are three main pest control measures:

First, sterilize the sheds and cut off the sources of diseases. The main approach is: mature bacteria stick into the mushroom studio before a week or so to conduct a thorough clean-up, and then use the sick silly 300-500 times liquid and Saibai 09 drug carpet alternately sprayed, sprayed once every other day. After application, it is sealed for 2-3 days, and conditions can be used for drying. The effect is better. Second, effective prevention during fruiting. During the fruiting period, spray the medicine every 3-7 days to prevent the disease. The direction of drug use during fruiting is the wall, ventilation channels in the work lane and the booth, etc. Never make the drug contact the fruiting body, regardless of spraying or falling.

Third, we must completely eradicate the disease. During the mushrooming period, it is necessary to inspect frequently and find that any infected fruit bodies and fungus bags (sticks) should be properly disposed of according to the disease conditions: just in time the disease should be promptly used to completely kill the pathogen, although the medication area is no longer mushroom, but Eradicate the disease at the first time to prevent the disease from continuing to spread. The disease 2 days after the onset of disease is still in its initial stage. If the proportion of diseased bacilli reaches 1%, the humidity should be reduced, ventilation should be increased, and then the drug should be used for treatment. On the basis of the above-mentioned dehumidification and ventilation, the disease on the 5th day of onset should be sprayed with two kinds of drugs, ie increasing the drug concentration to 300 times and 200 times, and increasing the density of the drug to 2-3 days once. The fulminating disease is fierce. If it is assessed that if it can be saved, all doors and windows can be opened on the basis of stopping the use of water, and the mushroom surface of the infected bacteria bag will be slightly destroyed, with 300 times more silly solution to all bacteria.
