1. Warming stage
Such as water leakage - stop immediately, manually pump hot water back to the high temperature cylinder, turn on cold water to cool down (simultaneous pressure relief - synchronous with cooling), remove the product and move it to other sterilization kettles to re-sterilize, avoid waste of hot water; If the temperature does not reach 80 °C or above, it can be stopped (synchronized cooling and pressure relief) and then moved to other sterilization kettles to continue sterilization. If the leakage is not large, and the temperature is close to constant temperature, steam can be manually opened, and the temperature is raised to 121 °C for constant temperature sterilization. After that, cool down and release the pressure. Notify the repair process.
2, constant temperature stage
If the water leaks, the liquid level is insufficient (standard water level 170cm, actually only 140cm), it is recommended to continue the process at this time, after completion, isolate the product, notify QC sampling and provide treatment plan by QC department (discarded or resterilized or directly packaged) Find the abnormal point and notify the maintenance process. After the empty kettle runs OK, it can be put into production. If the steam leaks, the sterilization kettle can not maintain the constant temperature. Method 1: Manually open the steam valve, return the temperature to the process temperature and continue sterilization. After the temperature is over, switch back to the automatic temperature drop and pressure release, isolate the product, notify the QC sampling test and wait for the QC notification. Treatment; Method 2: Shutdown, manual cooling and pressure relief, the product is taken out to other sterilization pots to continue sterilization (can jump directly - constant temperature stage), after the end of isolation of products, notify QC sampling test and wait for QC notification processing. Inform the maintenance of the steam leak failure and repair it before use.
3. Cooling stage
If there is a leak during the pressure relief process, continue to perform and remove the product normally. No isolation is required. The maintenance processing is notified of the abnormal point, and the empty kettle can be used after the maintenance.
The safety valve suddenly failed. When the overpressure is encountered and the safety valve is not open, manually pull the handle of the safety valve to recover and relieve pressure.
Treatment method: During the sterilization process, the pressure is too high in any sterilization stage. At this time, it can be manually operated, and the safety valve handle is manually opened. Note: This operation needs to be slow and fall to the pressure required by the process. For example, in the constant temperature stage, the sterilization operation can be continued manually; for example, in the cooling stage, that is, the pressure relief and temperature reduction (synchronized); for example, during the temperature rising period, the pressure is reduced and cooled (synchronized), the product is cooled, and the other sterilization kettle is re-worked. Sterilization; notify the maintenance and treatment safety valve, after the repair, the empty kettle can be used normally.
When the equipment needs to be manually cooled under special circumstances, the tank must ensure a certain positive pressure to prevent the moment of cold water from entering, and the steam in the pot is quickly condensed to generate a negative pressure, resulting in a crucible. At present, the actual operation of the staff: the above situation can only occur in the product after the constant temperature, such as the temperature in the sterilization kettle is 121 ° C, the pressure in the kettle is 0.20 Mpa, and the manual cooling is required to 41 ° C, atmospheric pressure.
