Vacuum tumbler is the key machine in modern meat processing, and there are many types. Some of the early tumblers were not operated in a vacuum, because vacuum tumblers have many features that non-vacuum tumblers can't match. Non-vacuum tumblers are maturing with vacuum tumblers and vacuum tumblers. The advent of the world has gradually been eliminated. The vacuuming method of the vacuum tumbler can be divided into "one-time" and "breathing" (internal vacuuming and deflation recovery can be automatically completed according to a preset program throughout the running process). The following points should be noted when using the vacuum tumbler:

1. Use a vacuum pump to evacuate and maintain the vacuum, turn on the vacuum pump, and connect the suction tube to the suction when a certain negative pressure is reached.

2. Control the running time, the tumbler has a special time setting button, which can be set according to different needs. Make it the most efficient. Time varies from second to hour.

3. We can set the roll time by the scroll time on the barrel control panel. There will be some pauses during the production of the roll machine, and the settings can be customized according to different needs. Convenient and simple. Intermittent time and working time are set separately and have separate time control buttons.

4. Move the knob on the control panel to “Run”, the vacuum pump and the inflation knob are turned “ON”, and the machine starts to run according to the setting mode.

5. After the end of the rolling, push the standard material truck to the bottom of the tumbler discharge port, and insert the quick-change joint into the connecting body on the roller cover. The air is replaced by the quick-change joint and the roller is removed to eliminate the vacuum. The cylinder cover, start the hydraulic pump to raise the roller to the discharge position. Press the discharge start button to rotate the roller to facilitate unloading. At the end of the discharge, press the roller stop button, the roller stops rotating, then return the roller to the starting position, prepare for the next round of work or turn off the vacuum tumbler.
