The larvae (cockroaches) must be separated in time after being cooked. The separated fresh cockroaches can be fed to livestock and poultry, frozen or dried, and stored for future use.

During the production of fly larvae, separation of mash must be carried out in order to obtain pods. Now introduce the commonly used methods: soil separation, separation of the separation box, fly hopper self-separation technology. This is all based on the habit of fly maggots.

I. Soil Separation

Using the habit of avoiding light and integrating piles and lumps, all the eel pots (frames) fed with pods were moved to a pre-selected flat and sunlit site. Use a spatula to remove the upper layer of the bowl, wait for a while, and shovel it once more. After 2-3 times, the bottom rakes are poured onto the ground together with the waste, and piled up into thick layers. From time to time, the operator may slowly scrape the upper slag to the side of the floor with a flat wooden bar. After repeated repetitions, the scum will gradually be exposed to sunlight and gather together as the slag is reduced. That is, you can use a large spade shovel to quickly collect the file.

Second, separation box separation

The separation box is composed of boxes, screens and lighting parts, regardless of size. The lights were set on the top, and the screen was under the screen. The screen was 8 meshes, the lower screen was 16 meshes, and the lower was a black box. During the separation, the box mash is poured on the upper screen and the maggots are drilled down to the light and drilled down to the screen. There is also a small amount of material leaking, which is caught by the lower screen. The maggot continues to be sifted by the screen. Network drill to black box collection. Sunny days are conducted outdoors in the sunshine, and on the rainy days, lights can be turned off indoors.

The above methods are suitable for small-scale production, and they are all made using the fly larvae to avoid light. The disadvantage is that it is time-consuming, time consuming and energy-consuming. In particular, the large-scale breeding of livestock and poultry manures makes it difficult to separate mash. The excrement often forms a mass, and the drill does not appear in the mass. The mass needs to be crushed and dried. The material can be separated. There is an urgent need to find new and more effective separation methods in large-scale production.

Third, the material from the separation technology

1. Self-separating device The device and material required for self-separation are very simple. It only needs to have a pot for raising seedlings, a seedling rake, a collecting funnel, a collecting bowl, a black film, a sprayer, and a clear water. For those who have already raised fly maggots, the nursery bowls and pods are often readily available.

2. Methods and Procedures for Separation When the cocoon is mature and the corpus callosum is slightly yellow, the separation of the cocoons can be started. (1) Turn the pots to be separated from the pots in the nursery bowl together with the culture material (livestock excrement) and turn the pots up and down with manure fork. Turn the upper material to the bottom and lower The material is turned over. (2) Spray the water with a sprayer after the material is turned over. The surface of the culture material should be very moist. Sprinkling water and humidifying makes the mash in the culture uncomfortable. (3) Put the humidified nursery bowl layer by layer onto the separator. The height of the separation frame is easy to operate, generally it can have 6-8 layers. Pay attention to the upbringing of the nursery pots. In this way, there will be no situation where the larvae in the upper cultivating pot fall out and fall into the cultivating pots in the next layer, affecting the effect of separation. Nursery bowls are shallow mouths, usually 8 to 10 centimeters high. The size of the weeding pots we use is 55 cm, 35 cm, and 8 cm. (4) After the nursery pots are placed, the black plastic film cover of the separator frame is pulled up and closed tightly. The existing light separation method provides strong light at the time of separation, but we provide darkness. (5) The temperature of the separation chamber is maintained at about 30°C. Dividing materials are generally performed after 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Under such environmental conditions, the fly larvae will automatically climb out of the animal manure cultivating material and fall into the collecting funnel at the bottom of the separation rack and fall into the collecting bowl below the collecting hopper. Collecting bowls can be collected regularly and processed in time. Generally after 24 to 36 hours, the material can be separated from the material, and the separation rate of the material can reach more than 90%. The growth of cockroaches is neat and consistent, which is also an important factor in the high separation rate of cocoons.
