1. Removal of ectoparasites: If a sow is found on the sow, use a 2% solution of trichlorfon for spraying to prevent it from being transmitted to the piglet after delivery.

2. Change the feed: The sows are fed 10 to 15 days before birth and gradually feed the lactation diet to prevent indigestion and piglet diarrhoea due to sudden changes after birth.

3. Addition and subtraction of feed: If the sow has a good sensation and the breast enlargement is obvious, then the amount of feed should be gradually reduced in 1 week before birth, and 1⁄2 of the diet should be subtracted from 1 to 2 days before birth; and the coarse material and slag should be reduced. Such as large-scale feed, so as not to oppress the fetus, or cause constipation of prenatal sows affect the delivery. Stop feeding at the time of finding labor symptoms, as long as bean cake bran soup. If sows have poor lyrical condition and their breasts are dry, they should not only reduce their feed but must also feed soybean cakes and other protein prolactin feeds to prevent the sows from having milk after delivery.

4. Appropriate exercise: Stop the long-distance exercise 1 week before delivery, and instead move around in a pig house or a sports field to avoid miscarriage or stillbirth caused by intense chase and collision.

5. Moved into the delivery room: The sow was moved to the delivery room 3 to 5 days before delivery, making it familiar and accustomed to the new environment, so as to avoid fetal suffocation and death due to intense tossing before labor. However, do not move the sows into the delivery room prematurely to avoid contaminating the production circle and reducing the sow's physical strength.

6. Observe: Observe the sow's dynamics at any time before the sow gives birth one week before delivery, strengthen nursing care, and prevent accidents such as premature birth and accidental delivery.

III. Product Usage Safety Instruction:

TC-EM-1 may be stimulative to skin and eyes, and it is recommended to use gloves and protective glasses when use. If eye or skin comes into direct contact with this product, immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.

IV. Application

As a emulsifier and stabilizer of AKD,TC-EM-1 can provide a good stability of the emulsion. With the mechanical stirring, it can disperse AKD as required in the production process, which average particle diameter more than 80% can be less than 1.2 microns. It can also maintain a relative long time after the emulsification, and it has a certain electrical neutral to the slurry.

Please note, under high hardness, the hydrolysis rate of AKD emulsion will be greatly improved. So in order to reduce the rate of hydrolysis, the PH value of emulsified should be controlled between 4.5~5.0 by Citric Acid. TC-EM-1 has low PH value, which saves this part of the operation.
