Due to the proliferation of aerobic bacteria, the activity of lactic acid bacteria will be inhibited, the pH will not decrease, and poor silage will be produced. Delayed sealing will reduce the amount of fermented material in the silage, and sealing as soon as possible will result in better feed quality. Therefore, it should be sealed quickly after filling. The specific method: After filling the silo, the stalks on the cellar edge are level with the cellar edge, and the middle is slightly higher. The height of the cellar wall is about 20 cm above the cellar wall, and the whole is arched; then a layer of plastic film is overlaid on the membrane. Extend to the bottom of the wall; then apply thick mud or tires on the membrane to keep it airtight and impermeable.
