Post-disaster management measures for dryland crops:

(1) After the typhoon, timely flooding and cultivating of the flooded and drought-fed crops, adding fertilizers, especially quick-acting nitrogen fertilizers, improving soil nutrient status and allowing plants to grow rapidly.

(2) For the lodging of dry crops, raise the plants before they have formed new roots, and fertilize them while cultivating the soil, so that the new roots can be quickly sown. 7~10 kg of potash can be applied per acre to enhance the resistance to lodging. The sweet potato is applied to the potassium of the vine to prevent the roots from agglomerating in many places.

(3) For the summer maize that has been pollinated, after the male flowers are in full bloom, most of the female filaments are exposed, and the weather without wind or breeze is selected. The artificial decontamination is carried out after the dew is dried at 8-11 am. About 100 strains of pollen plants per acre are mixed and given to the filaments, once every other day for 3 to 4 times.

Disposal measures after typhoon in rice:

(1) Unblock the ditch and open the drainage ditch in the field to ensure smooth irrigation and drainage. For different types of fields, take targeted measures as appropriate. In case of high temperature and hot weather, avoid draining the field water at one time, and keep the water layer about 3 cm in the field to prevent the high-strength leaf surface evaporation from causing the plant to lose water and die.

(2) Flush the blade mud and apply fertilizer in time. After being flooded, the fertilizer in the paddy field is lost more, and the viability of the plant is reduced. After the water is reclaimed, the fertilizer can be appropriately supplemented according to the growth of the rice seedling. Immediately after the drainage of the continuous rice paddy field, the urea is applied 5-8 kg per mu to accelerate the recovery and promote tillering. For the single-season late rice paddy field, apply urea 5~6kg per acre. For deep flooding and long-term field blocks, after typhoon, use 0.1kg of potassium dihydrogen phosphate per kilogram plus 1kg of urea for foliar application to enhance resistance; after draining the exposed field, apply appropriate amount of fertilizer.

(3) Spraying drugs in time to prevent pests and diseases. After the typhoon, a large number of leaves were injured, and the source of flooded rice fields increased, which was very beneficial to rice diseases. Rice planthoppers and vertical leafhoppers also occurred frequently. According to the actual occurrence of pests and diseases, timely control of pesticides should be selected.

(4) The ripened or nearly mature lodging rice is harvested in time.
