Specially-stricken dependents; members of the lowest-living-security family; members of the lowest-living-security marginalized family; those who exceed the family's ability to bear medical expenses within the specified scope of the disease, resulting in the family’s actual living standards being lower than the local minimum-living-security marginal family standards ( The following are referred to as "Poverty-stricken personnel due to illness"; other special hardships prescribed by the government above the county level may apply for medical assistance.

The basic medical expenses for the special hardship supporters will be paid in full; the minimum livelihood security family members shall be responsible for no less than 70% of the hospitalized self-compliance medical expenses; the minimum livelihood security marginal family members shall be no less than 60% The rate of hospitalized self-conceived medical expenses for those who have been impoverished due to illness and other local rescue targets is not less than 50%. In the above types of rescue cases, the annual rescue ceiling line is no less than 80,000 yuan.
