1, appearance maintenance inspection. Check whether the external parts are clean and whether the damaged parts are replaced; whether there is rust or not, and whether the moving parts are rusted.

2, engine maintenance inspection. Check whether the air filter is unobstructed and the sponge is clean; if the gasoline is drained, the oil is turned off; the crankcase gear oil is replaced and the gear oil is clean; slowly pull the recoil starter pull rope for a few times, whether it is rotating normally, No sense of compression.

3, do a good job of hydraulic maintenance inspection. Check the degree of wear of the hydraulic belt (primary belt); whether the hydraulic fluid is sufficient. Clean; whether the hydraulic part of the movable parts is flexible, whether the oil injection at the oil; hydraulic copy of the floating board is sensitive.

4, do a good part of planting maintenance inspection. Check whether the planting gear box, planting arm and side chain box are filled with butter and oil; whether the planting arm is working properly; whether the clearance between the picking pinch and the cutting door is correct; whether the seedling volume adjustment in the vertical direction is normal or not; Whether the vertical delivery is normal or not, and whether the star wheel is rotating normally or not.

5, do a good part of the maintenance inspection. Check whether the adjustment of the shift lever is reliable; whether the running wheel runs normally; whether the left and right steering cables are filled with oil.
