The first is "wet and wet." In the mountains in the morning, the countryside is dewy and the rice is wet. Generally, it is necessary to wait until 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. when the dew is dry, and then the harvester is used to cut it. If after the rain, wait for the rain on the rice to dry, use a harvester to cut it. If there is water in the paddy fields, farmers should drain water 7-10 days ahead of time, so that they can step on the fields and people step on them. There are no footprints. For example, paddy fields should not be filled with water, and they should carry water. The depth of water is generally 20 mm to 30 mm. In this way, the operating efficiency of the harvester can be improved, clogging of the harvester can be avoided and the waste of rice can be reduced.

The second is "first move and then go." It means that when the harvester starts work in the field, the work clutch is firstly combined, and the working components such as the header, cutter, conveying device, threshing, and cleaning are first run to achieve the rated working speed (engine full throttle), and the driver then drives the vehicle. The harvester walks and harvests. This will prevent the cutter from being bitten by the rice straw and unable to cut off and work.

The third is "if the difference is fast, then it will be slow if it meets well." When the harvester is operating, it encounters a low yield of rice. If the yield per mu is below 350kg, it is generally possible to use a 4-speed operation, and the harvester can walk faster. When the output of rice is high, such as 400kg or more per mu, it is generally possible to use the second gear, and the harvester's walking speed is slower.

The fourth is "check for a stop." After the harvester is stopped, the operator shall carefully check and maintain the harvester according to the requirements of the "harvester instruction manual". Keep the harvester in a good technical condition. However, the operator must pay attention to the fact that during the cleaning, inspection and maintenance, the engine of the harvester must be turned off to prevent accidents.

In short, the operator should try to achieve the above "16 words" when using the operation harvesting operation. They interact with each other and with each other. In this way, the harvester will only cut smoothly, threshing clean, very little waste, easy operation of the machine to achieve the best working results.
