The daily intake of calcium should not be less than 1.1 grams, and iron should be 20 milligrams. Foods rich in calcium include bone soup, kelp, milk, and sesame seeds. Before the recovery of gastrointestinal function, fish and meat can be eaten into soup and meat can be eaten two weeks later. Not enough oily soup should be eaten carefully. 11. Fruits can be squeezed into fruit juice if they are worried about cold. Do not eat cold food.
