Second, the characteristics:

The closed operation of the aseptic operation of microbial inoculation and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemicals can be carried out in the operation box.
This operation box is divided into two models:
A: It is used for protection radiation, isolation operation or dustproof operation and cannot be used for vacuuming;
B: As an anaerobic water-repellent glove box, the transition chamber can be appropriately evacuated, and the operating room is subjected to an inert gas replacement method to maintain an anaerobic and water-repellent operating environment.
Third, structure and principle
The operation box is mainly composed of a main box body and a transition chamber. If the user has other special requirements, it can also be designed and manufactured as needed.
There are two (or more than two) glove operation interfaces on the main box, which are distributed on the front side (or both sides) of the box, which enables the operation box to be operated by one (or several) people at the same time, improving the cabinet Use efficiency. In addition, there is an inclined surface on the front of the cabinet, and the operator can comfortably observe the operation process in the cabinet so that the operation process is visually presented in front of the operator's eyes. The valve in the transition chamber has a suction and inflation nozzle that can be accessed when pumping or inflation is required. The main box body is also equipped with a valve and a nozzle, which can be used when the main box body is deflated or inflated when it is necessary to maintain the air pressure balance.
The transition chamber is a transition space between the main box and the main box, and is composed of two sealed doors and two valves and one chamber body. The two inner and outer doors can effectively isolate the connection between the main box and the outside world, so that things inside and outside the stupid body can enter and exit when the main box body is isolated from the atmosphere, thereby avoiding the trouble of repeatedly pumping and inflating the main box body.
The whole system is made of plexiglass (polymethyl methacrylate), which is corrosive, easy to clean and non-polluting. The sealing device of the transition chamber and the main box body has novel design, reliable sealing and convenient opening.
The gas used in the operation box: argon gas, helium gas, nitrogen gas purity of 99.95% or more.
Fourth, the operation steps
Open the package and first check for any looseness on the joints on the glove box during transportation. If it is loose, tighten the corresponding screws and then operate accordingly.
(1) The method of pumping and inflating:
1. This product is divided into two parts: the main box and the transition room. The main tank cannot be evacuated, and the transition chamber can be evacuated separately.
2, first put the glove into the glove hole, and then use the hose clamp to fix it. If conditions permit, finally add a ring of rubber ring (or piece) of the same width as the hose clamp on the periphery of the glove, so as to prevent the glove from being pulled. Break and extend the life of the glove.
3. Place the instruments and equipment required for the experiment from the transition chamber and transfer them to the main box. The larger equipment needs to be placed from the side where the main box is opened, and the appropriate amount of experimental samples is used for the cabinet environment. test.
4. Close the main box, open all the doors and valves in the transition chamber, connect the inert gas bottle to the glove box intake valve, first open the glove box main box intake valve, then slowly open the inert gas bottle valve, slowly go to the main The inside of the box is inflated. At this time, according to the degree of swelling of the glove, it is also determined whether it is necessary to open the vent hole on the other side of the glove box. At this time, it is possible to try to put the glove in the glove and squeeze it into the box, because this method is used once or twice. It may not be possible to reach the environment required for the experiment, so the idea is repeated several times, during which the sample can be tested to test whether the environment required for the experiment is reached.
5. After the main tank is inflated, the main tank reaches the environment required for the experiment, close the inlet and outlet of the main tank, open the transition outdoor door, put the materials used in the experiment into the transition chamber, close the outer door, and then use the above Four methods are used to replace the gas in the transition chamber to achieve the same experimental environment as the main tank.
6. At this time, open the transitional interior door, put the experimental materials in the transition chamber into the main box, and start the experimental operation. Close the transitional interior door during operation.
7. After the end of the experiment, open the transitional interior door, put the material after the experiment into the transition room, close the transitional interior door, then open the transitional outdoor door, take out the experimental materials. Close the transitional outdoor door, and the experimental operation is over.
(2) Operational precautions
1. When the main box is inflated, the change of the glove should be observed at all times to prevent the glove from breaking too fast.
2. When picking up and dropping samples through the transition chamber, close the inner and outer doors of the transition chamber in time to prevent air from entering.
3. If the buckle of the door is found to be loose or too tight, the screw on the buckle can be adjusted to achieve the best sealing state.
4. When the glove box is not used for a long time, each door should be opened to prevent the glove box door from being deformed due to the long-term squeeze of the buckle.
5. Avoid contact between gloves and experimental instruments and equipment at the corners of the experiment to prevent the gloves from being cut.
6. After each experiment, the glove box power supply should be cut off to prevent fire.
