First, the inspection before starting
1. Check if the ice machine has any sundries;
2. Check whether the ice machine pump, the water tank float, the reducer and the electrical device are in good condition;
3. Check whether the ice skates in the ice machine are in good condition, whether there is any large ice residue on the ice bucket, and whether the water outlets inside are clear.
4. Check if the door of the ice store is closed;
5. Check whether the relevant valves of the ammonia system and the water system are open.
Second, boot
1. Turn on the ice skate reducer and the pump;
2. Turn on the liquid supply shutoff valve of the ice machine and supply liquid to the ice machine.
Third, stop
1. Close the liquid supply shutoff valve of the ice machine and stop the liquid supply.
2. After delaying for about 5 minutes, shut down the water pump and then stop the ice skate reducer.
Fourth, matters needing attention
1. The speed reducer of the ice machine in use cannot be stopped at will, preventing large ice from being formed on the icing barrel and damaging the equipment;
2. The safety net of the observation port shall not be removed at will during operation to prevent mechanical injury or falling accidents;
3. When the ice machine is used, the ammonia pump and screw compressor corresponding to the ice making system should be opened accordingly;
4. Check the ice making situation, equipment condition, ammonia system and water system regularly during operation to ensure no leakage;
5. It is necessary to regularly drain the ice making system to achieve the effect of good ice making;
6. It is necessary to regularly clear the water hole of the sprinkler to ensure sufficient water supply;
7. When entering the ice machine for maintenance work, the power should be removed, and special personnel should be supervised.
