Before the emergence of the seedlings, bleaching powder was used to completely sterilize the culture ponds and repeatedly flushed with underground well water to kill pathogens in the pond.

Second, water and water quality

The source of aquaculture water is underground well water. The water quality is clear, transparent, colorless, and odorless, and the dissolved oxygen content is sufficient (above 10mg/L), the pH is 7.8, the salinity is 5‰ to 6‰, and the water temperature is kept at 15°C all year round. ~16°C.
