Teng Jiacai said that although the food safety rule of law has made major achievements, the supervision and law enforcement efforts have been continuously strengthened, and the food safety protection system is gradually improving, but the food safety situation is still not optimistic. He also pointed out that the foundation of China's food safety is still relatively weak, and Internet marketing has brought new challenges to food safety supervision. With the weak ability of grassroots regulatory technologies, food safety issues are still more prone to occur.


Jin Xiaotao, deputy director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, said that the Health and Development Commission has also further improved the food safety standards system and led the clean-up of nearly 5,000 food standards, which contain more than 10,000 indicators. Plant extraction process

3. The separation. This is the most important work. In the solution extracted from the second step, there are dozens of compounds, usually by column chromatography, which is often referred to as the column flushing. It's a lot of work, it's boring, it's low tech. A master's student might do this every day for two years. The column for separating compounds, as shown below, is as large as 2 meters high and as small as 10 centimeters.
